Konstantin Trushin (Senior Software Engineer, Percona) will be presenting a talk Key Management for Data-at-Rest Encryption in Percona Server for MongoDB at FOSS Asia Summit 2024 on April 10, 2024 at 2:30 PM ICT (7:30 AM UTC).

Percona Server for MongoDB, being a source-available drop-in replacement for MongoDB Community Edition, extends the latter with a number of enterprise-grade features. One of them is data-at-rest encryption. Together with encryption in-transit and in-use, it comprises a complete security mechanism for protecting the stored data. In this session, we will briefly overview how data-at-rest encryption works, describe in detail the integrations with external key management systems Percona Server for MongoDB implements, and, finally, discuss some use-cases.
