Is it bug and it designed by nature for postgresql DB .

while db uptime shows correct for mysql/MongoDB. mysql_global_status_uptime ,mongodb_instance_uptime_seconds

This is a known bug with PMM2 that you need to have a database that is same as the monitoring user. With the next PMM release, you should see this fixed. This way you could pass any database or leave it the default (postgres). However, this dependency today should not affect any of the PMM functionalities.
